Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will welcome visitors, answer phone calls, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Respond to emails and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.




- Assist other departments with administrative support.

Qualifications
- Graduate Preferred
- 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
