Job Summary CAMS is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist cum Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about communication, customer service, and digital marketing. If you enjoy interacting with people and creating engaging social media content, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle front office operations and student enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls to prospective students (telecalling).
- Maintain enquiry records and admission follow-ups.
- Create and post social media content, including Reels, Stories, and promotional posts.
- Assist with social media marketing and digital campaigns.
- Support admission drives, events, and promotional activities.




- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.

Requirements
- Age: Up to 26 years.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and marketing.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills
- Reel creation and basic video editing.
- Canva or similar design tools.
- Telecalling or customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
