About the Role

CAMS Institute of Hotel Management is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Receptionist cum Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about communication, digital marketing, and social media while efficiently handling front office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a skilled manner.
- Handle front office operations and manage enquiries.
- Perform telecalling and admission follow-ups.
- Maintain student records and carry out basic office administration.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and publish promotional reels and short-form videos.
- Manage the institute's social media accounts and ensure regular content posting.
- Respond to social media enquiries and online messages.
- Assist in online and offline marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate promotional events and admission activities.

Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 26 years.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Interest in content creation, social media marketing, photography/videography, and reel creation.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools is an added advantage.
- Confident, well-groomed, and willing to learn.
