PW is seeking a passionate and experienced Banking Exams Faculty – Reasoning to join our growing and dynamic educational team. The faculty member will play a vital role in providing top-notch teaching and guidance to Banking aspirants preparing for various Banking and Insurance Government exams.

As a Banking Exams Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting interactive classes, and creating comprehensive study materials to help students excel in competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting Engaging Lecture s

Deliver interactive and engaging lectures on Reasoning topics, including Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Puzzle & Seating Arrangement, Blood Relations, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Input-Output, Inequalities, Direction Sense, Data Sufficiency, Logical Reasoning, and other topics covered in Banking examinations .

Curriculum Developmen t

Design and develop comprehensive study materials, lesson plans, question banks, and exam-oriented content to help students understand concepts, improve problem-solving speed, and enhance accuracy .

Assessment and Evaluation

Create and administer practice tests, sectional tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate students' performance, identify improvement areas, and provide personalized feedback .

Individualized Coachin g

Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic support to students, addressing their specific learning needs and helping them strengthen weak areas .

Classroom Management





Maintain a positive and engaging learning workplace that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and consistent practice .

Stay Updated with Exam Patterns

Stay updated with the latest Banking exam patterns, syllabus changes, previous year trends, and question types to ensure students receive relevant and up-to-date guidance .

Continuous Professional Development

Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Must have cleared Banking examinations or possess extensive experience in teaching Banking Reasonin g.

Passion for Teaching

Strong passion for teaching with the ability to simplify complex reasoning concepts and develop logical thinking among students.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly to learners from diverse backgrounds.
