Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Manage end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and developers. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management. Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain high conversion ratios.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role. Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
