Responsibilities: · Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits. · Explain property details and project benefits to clients. · Schedule and conduct property site visits. · Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. · Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales. · Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. · Coordinate with the sales team for closures and documentation. · Maintain daily sales reports and client database. · Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals. · Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
