Role Description The Real Estate Manager role at Estate Routes is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Real Estate

Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including managing residential and commercial units, coordinating leasing activities, and maintaining accurate lease documentation. The role involves monitoring occupancy rates, ensuring timely rent collection, and addressing property maintenance and tenant concerns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Manager will analyze market trends in Delhi NCR, support investment decisions,



and work closely with sales and advisory teams to optimize property performance. This position requires regular site visits, vendor coordination, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Property Management, with experience overseeing both residential and commercial assets.

Proficiency in Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining lease documents.

Solid understanding of Leases and related legal, financial, and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of Real Estate markets, particularly in Delhi NCR, and familiarity with local regulations.

Experience in Commercial Real Estate, including managing office, retail, or mixed-use properties.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; a relevant certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to interpret market data and optimize property performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management or CRM software, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, conduct regular property visits, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
