Since our inception in 2023, we've achieved ₹100 crore in annual sales, and we're looking for exceptional leaders to be part of our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects
- Own the full sales lifecycle—lead qualification, site visits, client presentations, negotiations, and final closures
- Build long-term client relationships through a trust-based, advisory approach
- Stay updated on project pricing, inventory, and market competition
- Guide and support a small team of Sales Executives to achieve collective targets
- Regularly update CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance reports 7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developer partners to drive results
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales experience.
2. Robust track record in closing high-ticket residential sales
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
4. Ability to independently drive performance while mentoring junior team members
5. Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management 6. Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields
