- Manage accounts receivable, cash flow, and general accounting functions for real estate projects.

- Prepare MIS reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of accountancy principles, practices, and regulations (GST).

- Proficiency in Tally ERP software; ability to learn current systems quickly.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; strong problem-solving abilities.
