Job Overview:

Looking for a senior front-end developer to work with our Technical team in Mumbai. With an overall experience of 2+ years as a Developer, the candidate should be able to support and work with the existing team of bank-end developer by demonstrating strong knowledge of ReactJs. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience of working with ReactJS.

They should be someone who can join immediately or within 30 Days.

Job Responsibilities:

- Implement design patterns with the objective of ZERO maintenance and high-performance
- Hands-on approach in performance tuning, debugging, framework setup, refactoring and supporting the team during the development phase.
- Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
- Lead the development across a variety of technologies
- Hire & train high-performing teams
- Manage internal and 3rd part software developers

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience designing and developing modern front-end, web-based applications with core JavaScript, JS frameworks, and at least 1 years specifically working in ReactJS/NextJs, Flux, redux, Jest, Webpack, Typescript, sass
- Expertise in modem front-end technologies (React, ES6/Typescript, NextJS, Redux, React Hooks, ContextAPI)
- Strong experience in various types of testing approaches and code quality tools: TDD/BDD,



unit, integration, end2-end, contract, linting, etc.
- Experience with build tools (webpack, yarn/npn, node)
- CSS Preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and CSS organization methodologies (BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS)
- Experience with containerization, Kubernetes and other cloud technologies
- A firm grasp of fundamental web/internet technologies.
- Knowledge and experience working in an Agile (or SAFe Agile) environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken forms)

Preferred Requirements:

Valuable understanding of any of front-end technologies like Angular, React or Vue.js

- Ability to express opinions confidently and lead the team

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree
- Overall experience of 2 years as a developer and
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in React JS
