Qualifications

- *PhD Microbiology
- *PhD Pathology
- *PhD Pathologist

Experience: Minimum 15+ years in Agricultural Biologicals, Biofertilizer, Biocontrol, or R&D.;

Key Responsibilities

- Lead research on biocontrol agents, isolation, and characterization.
- Develop and optimize biocontrol-based formulations for agriculture.
- Oversee product development, scale-up, production support, and process standardization.
- Drive innovation in biofertilizer and biocontrol product development.
- Ensure R&D; documentation, SOPs, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.




- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Lead strategic R&D; initiatives aligned with business objectives.
