Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and innovative R&D; Executive to support the design, development, testing, and enhancement of air conditioning products. The ideal candidate should have experience in product development, prototype testing, design validation, and engineering documentation within the HVAC or consumer durable manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop new air conditioner products and components.
- Prepare 2D/3D designs, engineering drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Develop and test prototypes to validate product performance and reliability.
- Conduct product performance testing, design validation, and failure analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Tool Room teams during product development.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO).
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- Maintain technical documentation, design records, testing reports,



and project updates.
- Provide technical support during pilot production and product launches.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in air conditioner, HVAC, refrigeration, or consumer durable manufacturing.
- Good understanding of refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and heat exchangers.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, plastic molding, and assembly operations.
- Familiarity with BIS, ISO, and other relevant quality and safety standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
