What You’ll Do:

? Product Development Support Develop and assist in the formulation and development of hair color, hair care, and beauty products under senior guidance.? Testing & Trials Support product trials, stability studies, and basic quality checks to ensure safety and performance.? Research & Learning Research current ingredients, formulations, and industry trends in cosmetology and beauty.? Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with production, quality, and marketing teams during product development and scale-up.? Documentation Maintain formulation records, trial observations, SOPs, and testing data accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience:



0 to 3 years of experience OR robust academic/project/internship exposure in cosmetics, hair care, or personal care R&D.; ✔ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields. ✔ Skills:Basic understanding of cosmetic formulations
