We are seeking an experienced RBI Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, inspections, and reporting within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing RBI compliance, regulatory audits, and governance frameworks, ensuring that all processes align with the latest guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance & Inspections

- Manage RBI inspections and audits, ensuring smooth execution.
- Prepare and submit regulatory responses within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers to monitor regulatory adherence.
- Handle and resolve regulatory queries from authorities.

Regulatory Reporting & Governance

- Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns to RBI and other authorities.
- Disseminate RBI circulars and guidelines, tracking their implementation across departments.
- Oversee regulatory return submissions on platforms like CIMS and DAKSH.
- Monitor and review compliance-related submissions across different teams.





Compliance Testing & Risk Management

- Develop and execute a Compliance Testing Plan for banking operations.
- Conduct compliance testing on products and processes as per RBI guidelines.
- Track and monitor open compliance observations, ensuring timely closure and escalation.
- Prepare and present Board/Management Reports on compliance performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

- In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations, banking/NBFC compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience in handling RBI inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in regulatory platforms like CIMS and DAKSH.
- Robust understanding of compliance testing methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
