Lead end-to-end tendering activities from bid identification to final submission.

Review tender documents, technical specifications, contractual terms, and commercial conditions.

Conduct bid/no-bid analysis based on technical feasibility, commercial viability, and organizational strategy.

Prepare comprehensive tender submission schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Techno-Commercial Bid Preparation

Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Procurement, Projects, Finance, Legal,

Contracts, and Taxation teams.

Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, methodology documents,

execution plans, and commercial offers.

Ensure complete compliance with tender requirements and customer specifications.

Identify technical deviations and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.





Cost Estimation & Pricing

Prepare detailed BOQ costing and estimate project costs.

Develop competitive pricing strategies while protecting project margins.

Coordinate with Procurement for vendor quotations and subcontractor pricing.

Analyze productivity norms, equipment deployment, logistics, and project execution costs.

Commercial & Contract Review

Evaluate commercial clauses including

o Payment Terms o Performance Bank Guarantee o Liquidated Damages o Taxes & Duties o Price Variation Clauses o Warranty o Insurance o Arbitration o Contract Conditions

Recommend contractual qualifications wherever applicable.
