Responsibilities:

- Interpret and analyze diagnostic imaging studies (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy) with clinical accuracy and timeliness.

- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and clinically relevant radiology reports for referring physicians.

- Collaborate with clinicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide imaging guidance for diagnosis and treatment planning.

- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to complex diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols, radiation safety standards, and regulatory compliance (including NABH, NABL, and local health authority guidelines).

- Maintain accurate and secure electronic medical records and imaging documentation.

- Stay current with emerging imaging technologies, protocols, and clinical guidelines through ongoing education and professional development.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior radiology staff, residents, and trainees as needed.

Requirements:





- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DM/DNB in Radiology) from a recognized medical institution.

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent regulatory body.

- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging center.

- Proficiency in interpreting a wide range of imaging modalities, including cross-sectional imaging (CT/MRI), musculoskeletal, neurological, and abdominal imaging.

- Strong understanding of radiation safety, dose optimization, and regulatory standards.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings clearly to non-radiologists.

- Proficiency in using PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), RIS (Radiology Information Systems), and electronic health record platforms.

- Willingness to work in a team-based, quick-paced clinical environment with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
