:

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Qvidian platform.
- Gather business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure proposal templates, questionnaires, workflows, and approval processes.
- Design, organize, and maintain centralized content libraries.
- Implement content governance, version control, and approval workflows.
- Configure user roles, permissions, security, and access controls.
- Customize Qvidian to support business processes and proposal lifecycle management.
- Integrate Qvidian with CRM, document management, collaboration, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain API-based integrations where required.
- Support data migration, content import/export, and system upgrades.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and implementation documentation.
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.




- Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

- 4+ years of experience implementing or administering Qvidian solutions.
- Robust understanding of proposal management and response management processes.
- Experience configuring content libraries, templates, questionnaires, and workflows.
- Knowledge of enterprise document management and content governance best practices.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs or web services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with SQL and data migration activities is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced consulting environments.
