- Prepare detailed travel quotations (FIT, Group, Corporate, Leisure, and MICE).
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Source and negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers.
- Ensure pricing accuracy including markups, commissions, and taxes.
- Follow up with clients and the sales team regarding quotation updates.
- Maintain updated supplier rate sheets and travel product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and profit margins.
- Provide alternative solutions when requested services are unavailable.
- Assist in confirming bookings once quotations are approved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in travel consultancy or quotation role.
- Solid knowledge of international and domestic travel products.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
