Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise & Hotel Projects

Project Locations:

- Bangalore: Kanakapura Road – 2 Towers (2B + G + 31 Floors) – Mivan Formwork – 12 Lakh Sq. Ft.
- Vijayawada/Amaravati: 4-Star Hotel Project (3 Basements + Ground + 16 Floors)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, billing, and contract administration across residential high-rise and hospitality projects, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Handle client & subcontractor billing (RA bills)
- Monitor project costs, budget tracking, and cost control
- Verify measurements at site and certify bills
- Manage variation orders, rate analysis, and claims
- Review drawings and specifications for quantity accuracy




- Coordinate with site, procurement, and planning teams
- Maintain billing records and documentation

Key Skills

- Solid knowledge of quantity surveying & billing processes
- Experience in high-rise residential and hotel/commercial projects
- Familiarity with Mivan formwork quantities
- Proficiency in rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost control
- Good knowledge of contracts and tendering
- Strong analytical and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted for junior/senior roles)
- Experience in high-rise projects preferred
