Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Interior (Corporate Interior Fit-Out) role based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil and interior works, including corporate fit-out projects, and coordinating with design, engineering, and project teams to validate quantities and specifications.

The Quantity

Surveyor will monitor project costs, track budgets, and support procurement by evaluating quotations,



preparing rate analyses, and assisting in vendor negotiations. Daily responsibilities include cost planning, periodic cost reporting, certification of contractor bills, and supporting change management through variation analysis and documentation. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date project records, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing timely cost-related inputs to support decision-making and client communication.

Qualifications

Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills.

Hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and updating BOQ for civil and interior (corporate fit-out) projects.

Ability to produce accurate Cost Reporting and support budget tracking and variance analysis.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects, preferably with contracting or design-build firms.

Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity take-off software; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project managers, designers, and vendors.

Ability to work in office, manage multiple projects.
