Key Responsibilities

✔️ BOQ Preparation (Bill of Quantities)

✔️ Quantity Take-off from Drawings

✔️ Rate Analysis &

- Cost Estimation

✔️ RA Bill &

- Final Bill Preparation/Verification

✔️ Client, Vendor &

- Subcontractor Billing

✔️ Tendering &

- Contract Documentation

✔️ Material Reconciliation &

- Cost Control

✔️ Project Budgeting &

- Client Billing

✔️ DPR, WPR &

- MIS Report Preparation

✔️ Coordination with Project, Procurement &





- Billing Teams

Required Qualifications

? B.Tech/B.E. (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering

✅ Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor

✅ Experience in EPC, Road, Building, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred
