Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Survey & Billing Engineer to manage project quantity estimation, client and contractor billing, BOQ preparation, and cost control. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction quantities, rate analysis, billing procedures, and project documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings.
- Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and client billing as per work completed.
- Measure site quantities and maintain measurement sheets.
- Verify contractor bills and certify payments.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, architects, and contractors.
- Maintain billing records, variation orders, and project documentation.
- Track material consumption and reconcile quantities.
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and project specifications.
