The role requires a seasoned professional with significant experience in the flexible packaging industry, who can ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system specific to flexible packaging. Ensure the system complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee the quality control processes, including inspection and testing of materials and finished products. Establish quality assurance protocols and ensure adherence to these standards.

3. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the quality control team within the adaptable packaging division. Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and efficiency in production processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

5. Client Interaction:



Work closely with clients to understand their quality requirements and ensure these are met or exceeded. Address and resolve any quality-related client complaints or issues.

6. Compliance and Certification: Ensure compliance with relevant standards, such as ISO and BRC, specific to flexible packaging. Keep abreast of industry changes and update quality systems accordingly.

7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews. Provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, BSc or related field. Job Descriptions 8 Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management within the flexible packaging industry. In-depth knowledge of flexible packaging processes and quality standards.

Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in quality management software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
