Job Title Quality Manager - Incoming Materials Industry Automobile Export House 2-Wheeler 3-Wheeler 4-Wheeler Components Location Village Zardakpur bahadurgarh badli road Department Quality Role Overview The Quality Manager Incoming will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming raw materials bought-out parts and vendor-supplied components meet the required quality standards for exports in 2W 3W and 4W segments The role demands strong leadership analytical skills and the ability to establish robust systems for supplier quality inspection and compliance to international automotive standards Key Responsibilities Develop implement and monitor Incoming Quality Control IQC systems for all materials and components Ensure 100 compliance with customer requirements export norms and industry standards ISO IATF Lead a team of inspectors to conduct incoming inspection sampling and testing of parts Define inspection criteria checklists and acceptance rejection guidelines for components Conduct root cause analysis RCA and implement corrective preventive actions CAPA for vendor-related issues Monitor and evaluate supplier quality performance PPM rejection trends audit scores Coordinate with Purchase Production and R D teams to resolve technical issues and support supplier development Handle customer complaints related to supplier quality and ensure closure within agreed timelines Maintain records of inspection reports supplier evaluations and ensure traceability documentation as per IATF standards Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on incoming quality performance and supplier quality ratings Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S Kaizen and Lean practices in the quality department Key Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of automotive components 2W 3W 4W Expertise in IATF 16949 ISO 9001 APQP PPAP FMEA MSA SPC Familiarity with international export quality norms packaging standards Proficiency in measurement tools gauges and testing equipment Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and vendor management skills Good communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams Qualification Experience B Tech Diploma Mechanical Automobile Industrial Engineering 8-12 years of experience in quality function with at least 5 years in incoming quality management in the automobile auto-component export industry Hands-on experience with supplier quality assurance and audits Reporting To Managing Director Quality Head Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund
