Job Responsibilities
- Plant and Production Line Compliance:
- Ensure plant and production line designs adhere to industry standards and norms.
- Implement processes to maintain consistent quality standards in production.
- Certifications and Standards:
- Lead initiatives to obtain and maintain relevant industry certifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems specific to EMS, including product and process certifications.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee plant production quality and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure adherence to aerospace and defense quality requirements.
- Process Improvements:
- Analyze production workflows and recommend process optimizations.
- Introduce creative practices to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in quality management, specifically in EMS for aerospace and defense products.
- Strong experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) as raw material.
Key Requirements
- Relocation Flexibility:
- Candidates must be open to relocating based on client clusters as the business grows.
- Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Gujarati is required for Surat-based candidates.
