Role Description The Quality Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Dholera, responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across renewable energy operations and projects. This role includes developing and implementing quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulatory and industry norms.

The Quality

Manager will lead quality audits, inspections, and root-cause analyses, and will collaborate closely with operations,



engineering, procurement, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) teams to drive corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves tracking key quality metrics, preparing reports and documentation, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, and performance of facilities and processes.

The Quality

Manager will coach site teams on quality best practices, support vendor and supplier qualification, and contribute to risk assessments and project reviews.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong quality management in Solar Cell manufacturing Plant and assurance skills, including experience with quality management systems (QMS), audits, inspections, and continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).

Candidates should possess process and operations skills, including familiarity with industrial or manufacturing workflows, equipment reliability, and root-cause and failure analysis in an energy or infrastructure environment.

Candidates should possess compliance and documentation skills, including knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent), regulatory requirements, and accurate preparation and maintenance of technical and quality records.

Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, monitor quality KPIs, and translate findings into actionable corrective and preventive measures.
