Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain the QMS (ISO 9001), including internal/external audits, CAPA, and compliance activities.

- Solid knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), APQP, and PPAP.

- Manage customer quality, resolve complaints, and drive effective root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

- Strengthen supplier quality through audits, supplier development, and incoming material quality improvements.

- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of experience in Quality Management within precision or any manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience in CNC grinding, finishing, surface treatment, or coated products.
