Key Responsibilities

- Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control for PEB manufacturing and project execution.

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IS/AWS/ISO standards, and quality procedures.

- Monitor fabrication quality, including welding, painting, dimensional inspection, and final dispatch.

- Drive root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Conduct internal audits and manage customer quality requirements.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Projects to resolve quality issues.

- Lead and mentor the quality team while monitoring key quality KPIs.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering.

Experience

- 812 years in QA/QC within PEB, structural steel, or heavy fabrication.

- Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role.
