We are looking for an experienced Management Representative to lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the organization's Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001). The role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, coordinating audits, driving corrective actions, and promoting a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

Prepare, issue, update, review, and control all QMS, EMS, and OH&S; documentation.

Plan, coordinate, and conduct Internal Audits across departments.

Schedule and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and maintain related records.

Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.

Review and revise procedures based on audit findings, CAPA, and management decisions.

Verify compliance through regular quality system audits and inspections.

Present audit findings, compliance reports, and improvement recommendations to Top Management.

Drive continual improvement initiatives to enhance system effectiveness and operational performance.





Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards, statutory regulations, and customer requirements.

Maintain control over standards, specifications, and document revisions.

Promote awareness of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety systems throughout the organization.

Coordinate external certification and surveillance audits and ensure successful audit outcomes.

Support departments in implementing quality objectives, KPIs, and process improvements.

Required

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

5–8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.

Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation and maintenance.

Knowledge of IS Codes and quality management principles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong documentation and report preparation skills.
