Position Quality Head Industry Aerospace Automobile Experience Required Minimum 5 Years Only as Quality Head Location Bidadi Joining Immediate Joiners Preferred Interview Mode Face-to-Face Only No Telephonic or Virtual Interviews Salary Based on Experience and Performance in Interview We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Quality Head with robust expertise in Aerospace or Automobile manufacturing environments The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leading quality teams implementing effective quality systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Department and all quality assurance activities within the organization Develop implement and maintain quality management systems QMS in compliance with AS9100 IATF 16949 ISO 9001 standards Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits with clients and certification bodies Analyze quality performance data and take corrective and preventive actions CAPA to ensure zero defect production Oversee inspection and testing of materials components and finished products Ensure all quality documentation reports and certifications are maintained as per regulatory and customer requirements Collaborate closely with production design and supply chain teams to enhance process quality and minimize rejections Train and mentor team members to enhance quality awareness and continuous improvement culture Handle customer complaints root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions Ensure adherence to 5S Kaizen Lean and Six Sigma principles within the quality system Required Skills Competencies Strong leadership and team management abilities In-depth knowledge of Aerospace or Automotive quality standards and inspection methods Hands-on experience with CMM GD T PPAP FMEA APQP and SPC Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication documentation and coordination skills Eligibility Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Head in Aerospace or Automobile sector Mandatory Candidates with lesser experience or from other industries will not be considered Immediate joiners only Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews No telephonic or virtual interviews Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
