Maintain Valuable Laboratory/Housekeeping practices. Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments and testing records. Perform sampling and laboratory analysis as per approved test methods. Hands on experience in testing of Viscosity, Moisture, Ash, Protein/Fat/Degree of Substitution/Degree of Hydrolysis etc. Responsibilities

Inspect and verify incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.

Conduct physical, chemical and sensory evaluations of Finished goods as per approved specifications.

Coordinate with production and dispatch in product releases.





Knowledge and hand on experience in microbial testing.

Maintain and manage control samples and their respective records as per retention protocols.

Timely maintenance of all records, documentation and trackers.

Follow and implement all Quality Management System protocols.

Identify and report non-conformances to reporting manager and assist in root cause analysis.

Ensure compliance with GMP, Personal hygiene and sanitation as per industry standards.

Participate and coordinate with cross departments in quality improvement activities.

Participate in training and competency development programs. Qualifications

Bachelor's in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related life science discipline from a recognized university.

Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
