Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Must have skills : Microsoft Azure DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to align quality objectives with project goals. Designs, operates,



and secures enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure and AKS container platforms. Manages identity & access, networking, compute services, and security/compliance controls. Implements monitoring/observability (SLO/SLA reporting). Collaborates with DevOps to improve IaC automation and enable self-service onboarding for development teams.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Experience with test automation frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive process improvements.

Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality processes. This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
