Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects,



all while fostering collaboration across different teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project objectives and quality standards.

Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the project.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex MXTest.

Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.

Solid knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.

Experience in defining and tracking key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness.

Ability to manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution.

Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and driving collaborative efforts.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Murex MXTest.

This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
