Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects,



all while fostering collaboration across teams to support continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery standards.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with project goals.

Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.

Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.

Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application environments.

Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive process improvements.

Familiarity with defect management and resolution processes within software development lifecycles.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
