Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

The role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution,



and ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied to meet project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex MXTest.

Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.

Robust knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.

Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.

Ability to define and track key quality metrics including test execution and defect management.

Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Murex MXTest.

This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
