Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

The lead ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied, while continuously monitoring key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management to uphold the overall quality of the product.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies within complex application environments.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing principles, and defect management processes.

Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing progress and product quality.

Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Competence in integrating quality processes with overall application lifecycle management.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
