Carrying out inspection as per inspection and test plan for Pipe Spool Fabrication.
- Material verification and fit-up checking
- Coating and Blasting Inspections
- Reviewing Procedures for Quality Assurance
- Welding procedure assignment for Welding visual inspection
- Radiography/AUT Marking including lot formation
- Radiography Film Reviewing and/or witnessing AUT
- Final Clearance and certification (Online through application)
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should be a Diploma holder or Graduate in Engineering field with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Inspection.
- Should have knowledge on ASME B 31.3, Chapter V and VI for PWHT and hardness checking and Radiography/UT/PT/MPT inspection.
- Knowledge on Common Materials including Different grades of carbon steels covering LTCS, NACE, different grades of SS covering 304, 304L, 316, 321 and 347, Different grades of LAS steels covering P11, P22, P5, P9 and P91. NACE Level II and Level III for Coatings
- Welding Inspection and acceptance as per ASME Sec IX. NDT Level II
- Should have ASNT/ISNT level II certifications
