Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure quality control processes are followed by team members during production.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency.

- Provide training to junior engineers on quality engineering principles and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or related field (Ceramic Industry preferred).

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., B.Tech / B.E. in Ceramics. or Chemical).

- Robust understanding of Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Process Inspection, Incoming Inspection, Inprocess Inspection techniques.

- Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
