Job Title: Quality Engineer( Real estate )

Job Overview:

The Quality Engineer ensures that all construction activities, materials, and processes meet established quality standards. They play a vital role in ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and the company's quality policies to deliver high-quality projects. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure that work is completed according to specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance & Control:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists for construction projects.
- Inspect ongoing construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Ensure that materials used in construction meet quality standards by verifying supplier certifications and material tests.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality audits.
- Prepare reports detailing the quality performance of projects and highlight areas for improvement.




- Ensure all quality documentation is properly organized and archived for future reference.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest quality regulations, codes, and certifications applicable to the real estate industry.
- Defect Analysis & Rectification:
- Identify and address any quality defects or non-compliance issues during construction.
- Work closely with site teams to resolve quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Work with project managers and engineers to develop strategies for preventing quality issues.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions for site staff and contractors on quality standards and best practices.
- Promote awareness of quality management systems among employees and subcontractors.
