ISO Documentation (Quality Engineer – MR Representative)

Location: Gummidipoondi

Job Summary:

Quality Engineer – MR Representative to manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ability to ready & understand the Drawings.
- Instrument Handling Like, Measurement tape, Vernier Caliper, Try Square, Micrometer etc.,
- Prepare Documents Compliance as per ISO 9001
- Basic knowledge of Hot Rolling, Fabrication, Hot Dip Galvanizing process
- Develop the Work Instruction / Procedure.
- Knowledge of Clause wise Requirement of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of Internal Auditing & Prepare the Internal Audit Reports
- Prepare the CAPA & MRM Minutes
- Working as Management Representative
- Active participant in Quality Department Activities

Experience

- 3–8 Years of experience in Quality Assurance and ISO Documentation.




- Experience as MR Representative or Assistant MR Representative is preferred.
- Experience in Transmission Line Tower (TLT), Solar Structure, Fabrication, Steel, or Galvanizing Industry is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

- Required Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Experience in Internal Auditing and Audit Management.
- Knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 7 QC Tools, and Quality Documentation.
- Ability to prepare SOPs, Process Flow Charts, Formats, and Procedures.
- Good understanding of fabrication, hot rolling, galvanizing, or steel manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
