We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our QC team. The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, maintaining laboratory records, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per approved procedures and standards.
- Assist in method validation and routine laboratory activities.
- Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate testing reports and analytical records.
- Maintain laboratory logbooks and documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Support internal and external audit preparation activities.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for sample collection and quality-related requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and work area.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and analytical instruments.
- Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and laboratory safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- Freshers or candidates with up 0-2 years of experience in a QC laboratory are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of testing standards and documentation practices will be an added advantage.
