Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Assurance Tester role based in Mumbai.

The Quality Assurance

Tester will execute manual tests on software and internal systems used for inventory management, certification workflows, and jewelry order processing, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The role includes designing and maintaining test cases, validating new features and system updates, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.



The tester will collaborate with developers, operations, and product teams to clarify requirements, refine test scenarios, and support user acceptance testing.

Daily responsibilities also involve analyzing test results, suggesting improvements to processes, and helping maintain high standards of quality and compliance across digital tools and platforms. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Manual Testing skills to validate functionality and user experience.

Candidates should possess effective Test Execution and Test Cases skills to plan, run, and document systematic testing activities.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools and basic understanding of software development or ERP systems is beneficial.

Attention to detail, organized documentation habits, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.

A diploma or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and prior QA experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
