Position Summary :

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead / Manager to lead the automation and performance testing initiatives for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in TOSCA, LoadRunner, JMeter, and Performance Engineering, with experience in leading QA teams, defining test strategies, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the QA Automation and Performance Testing team.
- Define and implement automation and performance testing strategies across projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance, load, stress, and scalability testing using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
- Analyze application performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams for performance tuning and optimization.
- Review test plans, automation scripts, performance reports, and quality metrics.
- Integrate automation and performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Developers, Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
- Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills :





- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA.
- Expertise in LoadRunner and Apache JMeter.
- Robust knowledge of Performance Testing, Performance Tuning, and Performance Engineering.
- Experience in designing scalable automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with API Testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong SQL knowledge for database validation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working on enterprise or cloud-based applications.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana is an added advantage.
- ISTQB, TOSCA Automation, or Performance Testing certifications are preferred.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
