1–5 Years (Manufacturing Industry) Key Responsibilities:Perform gauge calibration and maintain calibration records. Monitor tool life and ensure timely tool replacement. Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation.

Conduct shop floor quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards. Approve machine setups before production starts. Carry out patrol inspections during production to identify and resolve quality issues.

Investigate quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve product quality. Maintain quality records and prepare inspection reports.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality procedures. Qualification:Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Skills Required:Knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques. Understanding of PPAP, calibration, and manufacturing processes. Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
