Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and regression test suites

Build reliable and maintainable automation solutions using Playwright, WebdriverIO, or similar frameworks

Implement effective locator strategies (CSS, XPath, Playwright locators, etc.) for stable test execution

Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted and Agent-based testing approaches to improve productivity and coverage

Automate functional, regression, and end-to-end testing scenarios

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve test failures and flaky test cases

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC

Participate in test planning, test case design, and automation framework improvements

Continuously identify opportunities to improve test coverage, execution speed, and overall quality processes

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience in Test Automation

Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO and/or Playwright

Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript / Python

Experience working with locator strategies for dynamic web applications, shadow DOM, iframes, and modern UI frameworks

Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, AI Agents, or intelligent automation solutions

Experience using Visual Studio Code with Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, APIs, browser behavior)

Experience with test automation frameworks, assertions, and reporting tools

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience with source control tools such as Git

Good to Have

Experience in API automation testing (REST/GraphQL)

Knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)





Exposure to performance, accessibility, or security testing

Experience with test data management, mocking, and service virtualization

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models

Soft Skills

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables

Continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging testing technologies

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
