Position Summary: We’re looking for a QA Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning–powered features. You'll play a key role in both manual and automation testing, helping us scale our quality processes while improving test coverage and release confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web applications, and backend APIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web, mobile, and APIs using contemporary testing frameworks.
- Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts.
- Reproduce, investigate, and validate reported issues,



working closely with the engineering team on resolutions.
- Maintain test documentation, quality metrics, and improve QA processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality and speed.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of QA experience, with strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing across mobile, web, and backend systems.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience building and maintaining automated UI and API tests.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with API testing using Postman, with automation using Newman or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing workflows (e.g. Claude + Playwright, AI-generated test cases, or similar tools) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and ability to validate backend functionality.
- Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports.
- Familiarity with SQL/basic database queries.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- AWS knowledge is a plus.

Nice To Have:

- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, etc.).
- Basic scripting experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience testing ML/AI-powered features or recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.
