About the role

We’re hiring a QA Engineer (Automation) to own quality across our automation, AI, and product engagements.

You’ll build and maintain automated test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, test APIs and LLM-powered features, and ensure releases meet quality standards. Manual and exploratory testing will be part of the role, but automation is the core focus.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain automation suites using Playwright or Selenium with TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
- Own end-to-end quality, including smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Test REST/GraphQL APIs, including schemas, authentication, edge cases, and failure scenarios.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or equivalent and resolve flaky tests.
- Test LLM-powered features using evaluation sets, accuracy tracking, and regression testing.
- Reproduce, isolate, and report bugs with clear steps, logs, and expected vs. actual results.
- Work directly with developers and product teams on edge cases, release readiness, and quality decisions.





What we need from you

- 2+ years of QA / Test Automation experience on production products.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium.
- Working proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- API testing experience with REST/GraphQL and tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
- CI/CD experience, including pipeline configuration and flaky-test management.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Performance and load testing using k6, JMeter, or Artillery.
- Experience testing LLM-powered features or building evaluation frameworks.
- Basic security testing knowledge, including OWASP Top 10 and authentication/session testing.
- Mobile automation using Appium or visual regression testing experience.
