Responsibilities:

- Design test plan and test case development for performance, load & scale testing of NCM products.

- End-to-end regression ownership to maintain & report product health.

- Improve existing automated tests and overall automated test execution efficiency.

- Maintain a high overall quality index (QI) for the product/features at all times.

- Ability to delve deeper into debugging product issues with development engineers.

- Debugging, filing bugs, and tracking them to closure.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience with performance/ load/ scale test automation using open source frameworks or commercial tools.

- Proficiency in programming language like Python.

- Experience with Python test automation.

- Valuable working knowledge on Linux and Distributed Systems.





- Working knowledge of virtualization - VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT, build management tools, and Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins/CircleCI.

- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, monitoring, cloud products is a plus.

- Performance testing on docker/ containers / K8 environments is a big plus.

- Experience with performance/ load/ scale testing tools/ frameworks like JMeter/ LoadRunner/ etc.,.

- Experience with UI automation using selenium webdriver.
