Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Quality Assurance Engineer role based in ch.Sambhaji nagar, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications, ensuring quality across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, identifying defects, documenting issues clearly, and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to resolve them. The role involves creating and maintaining automated test scripts, supporting continuous integration pipelines, and contributing to test strategy, standards,



and best practices.

The Quality Assurance

Engineer will also help improve QA processes, participate in code and requirements reviews, and provide clear, data-driven reports on product quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with test case design, test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar), and defect tracking workflows.
- Hands-on skills in test automation using tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with APIs and backend testing, including RESTful services, Postman, and validation of request/response data.
- Understanding of software development practices, SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and translate business needs into clear, testable scenarios.
- Robust attention to detail, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple testing activities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience testing scalable, cloud-based, or enterprise applications is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic security and reliability testing concepts
