Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore in the Quality Department, with multiple vacancies for Quality Analyst, Microbiologist, IPQC Executives (In-Process Quality Control), and Food Technologist positions. Team members will perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.

Daily responsibilities include sampling, testing, and documentation, monitoring critical control points, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),



and supporting corrective and preventive actions. Microbiologists will focus on microbiological testing and hygiene standards, while Food Technologists and IPQC professionals will work closely with production teams on process optimization, product stability, and continuous improvement. All roles require collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality, secure, and consistent food products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in food testing, inspection, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess Quality Management capabilities, including maintaining quality systems, documentation, SOPs, and supporting audits and certifications.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making in production and quality processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with production, R&D;, and management, and to report findings clearly and accurately.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene standards in food processing environments.
- Attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced production settings, and readiness to work in shifts if required.
- Prior experience in food processing, quality labs, or FMCG manufacturing will be an added advantage.
